At Remy Home, we offer FREE SHIPPING to most major city centers across Canada. However, if you reside in a town outside a major city, a remote, rural, or out of route destination for transport carrier, your order may be subject to additional charges. In such a case, we will inform you of the extra charges beforehand.
What is the shipping cost if I live in a remote / rural area or outside a major city?
If you live in a town outside a major city or in a remote/rural area, you may incur additional shipping costs. To get an accurate shipping cost, add the products to your shopping cart, and select the "Send me a shipping quote" option during checkout. We will then contact you with a precise shipping cost for your approval. If you are satisfied with the cost, we will proceed with the order, and your credit card will only be charged after you approve the shipping charge.
How can I get a shipping quote, before ordering?

Where do you ship to?
We ship to most large cities across Canada. At this time we do not ship to the USA.
How long does it take to get my order?
Most orders are shipped within 2 - 5 days. You will be contacted if there are delays.
What if my products are damaged?
All our products go through a thorough inspection and are packaged properly with styrofoam, shrink wrapped, and strapped in a wooden pallet to prevent any damages during transportation. However, in the event of any damages, we request our customers to inspect the products at the time of delivery and report any visible dents, punctures, or crashed cardboard to the driver. Kindly make a note of it on the bill of lading and take pictures of the damage. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
How do I know when my order will be arriving and can I track it?
We will inform you when your order leaves our warehouse, and the transportation company will get in touch with you to set up a delivery time. You can contact us anytime to get a shipment status update.
What type of delivery service do you have?
We use a ground freight service with curb-side delivery. The pallet will be lowered from the truck onto the curb-side, driveway, or garage lane, depending on accessibility. It is advisable to have some help to bring the products inside your home or garage.
